 Carla Niutta, founder of Impeccable Events, is an accomplished event planner with over ten years of experience managing corporate events both domestically and internationally for a number of New York City firms. Most recently, Carla was an Assistant Vice President in the Conferences and Events Division at a Wall Street investment bank, a position she departed to dedicate time to this new endeavor.
Carla brings to her clients a proven track record of success, as well as an extensive event planning background that truly spans the globe. Her experiences have allowed her the opportunity to plan events throughout most of the U.S. as well as in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Italy, Mexico, Peru, Singapore, Spain, and the Caribbean. She has managed all levels of business and social functions ranging in size from small elegant dinners, to ski trips and golf outings, to large investor conferences and high level management meetings, plus everything in between.
With the launch of Impeccable Events, Carla has taken her creative side to the next level and helps clients orchestrate their dream events. With a passion for concept and a taste for fine cuisine - private homes turn into palaces, backyard parties turn into nightclubs, raw spaces turn into whatever the client can imagine! No budget is too small and no idea is too grand. Carla seeks to find the balance and creates win-win solutions for all involved. Carla’s extensive industry knowledge and her pleasant demeanor bring a personal touch to every client and vendor relationship. Her broad professional network of hotels, restaurants, caterers, florists, photographers and specialists of all nature, affords her access to resources that can satisfy all tastes and styles. It is obvious when you meet Carla that she has a true love of the business. Each opportunity is treated as a new challenge and each event is handled with the same enthusiasm, ease and composure regardless of its size. Next to creativity and design, budgeting and contract negotiation are her strengths, thus making cost savings a top priority for her clients. Carla is seasoned in working with high profile keynote speakers and entertainers such as former Presidents, Secretaries of State, Finance Ministers, City Mayors, television personalities and comedians all of whom often have complicated logistics and difficult demands. She is experienced in coordinating events in Washington, D.C., specifically at the Annual Meetings of the World Bank and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) as well as at the Annual Meetings of the Inter-American Development Bank (IADB). Carla holds a Masters Degree from New York University and a Bachelors Degree from Villanova University. She speaks fluent Spanish and Italian. |
